Shein operates 15+ warehouses globally, with major hubs in Whitestown Indiana (US), Guangzhou China, Belgium (Europe), and facilities across 12 countries. Your order location determines 3-21 day shipping times.

Shein ships from two kinds of places: its supply chain in China, which is centered on Guangzhou, and local warehouses in some regions. Which one your order comes from depends on the item and where you live, and Shein makes that choice automatically. This page lists the warehouse locations that reliable sources confirm and explains how to check where your own order is coming from.

Shein Warehouse Locations

United States

Shein’s US fulfillment is anchored in Indiana. It set up distribution in Whitestown in 2022 and opened a 737,000 square foot automated warehouse in Lebanon, Indiana in September 2026, which takes its Indiana space past 2.5 million square feet, according to Supply Chain Dive. The same report says its US network also includes distribution facilities in California and third-party logistics and fulfillment partners.

Europe

Shein has opened a logistics center near Wrocław in Poland that RetailDetail describes as its main operational hub in Europe, intended to speed up deliveries to European consumers (December 2025).

China

Shein’s production and supply chain are concentrated in Guangzhou. Sixth Tone reported in 2021 that Panyu district is one of its main production hubs, and Yahoo Finance reported in August 2024 that Shein was building a supply chain headquarters in the Zengcheng district of Guangzhou, with a first-phase cost of 3.69 billion yuan.

Other Regions

Shein also serves other regions, but we could not confirm warehouse locations for them from reliable sources. Many third-party lists name specific cities and square footage. Treat those as unverified unless they cite Shein or a major news outlet.

How to Tell Where Your Order Is Shipping From

The delivery estimate shown at checkout and the carrier and tracking details in your shipping confirmation are the most reliable clues. Items shipped from a local warehouse are generally delivered faster than items shipped from China, and one order can be split into several parcels when the items are stocked in different places.

Shipping Times

Shein shows an estimated delivery date for each item at checkout. Those estimates differ by country, shipping method and whether the item is stocked locally. Use the estimate you see rather than the ranges quoted on third-party sites, which disagree with each other.

Shein’s Supplier Network

Shein works with third-party manufacturers. Reported numbers vary by source and year. Sixth Tone, citing domestic media in 2021, gave 300 to 400 core factories and over 1,000 smaller sub-tier suppliers in Panyu district, while Yahoo Finance, citing Sky News in 2024, said Shein partners with some 6,000 manufacturers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Shein order ship from different warehouses?

Items are stocked in different places. Shein can fill an order from a warehouse near you when an item is stocked locally and from China when it is not, so one order can arrive in separate parcels.

Can I choose which warehouse ships my order?

Not directly. Shein decides based on stock and your location. You can compare the delivery estimate shown for each item at checkout.

How can I get faster Shein delivery?

Compare the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout and favor items with earlier dates. Items shipped from a local warehouse are generally faster than items shipped from China.

Does Shein own its factories?

Shein works with third-party manufacturers. Reported numbers vary by source and year, from 300 to 400 core factories plus over 1,000 smaller suppliers in Guangzhou’s Panyu district, to some 6,000 manufacturers overall.
